Accreditation Steps

Select your desired accreditation, provide basic information about your business, and we’ll set up an initial conversation to discuss your request and the next steps toward accreditation.

We will request policies, procedures, process flows, training, control logs, self-identified issues and other information associated with the requested accreditation. During this initial due diligence, our staff is available to work with your business to create, enhance and update these materials.

We will compare the documents and information received to your business’s obligations and risks within the accreditation area, and provide recommendations and requirements to address prior to moving forward.

We will schedule time with your business to review your controls in action. This may include testing, auditing, side-by-sides, secret shopping, and interviews with employees. We will share any potential issues or incidents with your business, and identify any items requiring resolution prior to accrediting your business.

We will finalize our decision, which may result in accreditation, accreditation with conditions, or declining the request to accredit your business in this area. The reason(s) for our decision will be shared with you as part of our exit process.
